2. Services Description

AppUserGrow provides professional digital marketing and user acquisition services, including but not limited to:

• Mobile App Promotion: App Store Optimization (ASO), targeted advertising campaigns, social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and user engagement strategies for iOS and Android applications.
• Desktop Application Marketing: Software promotion, content marketing, email campaigns, review site outreach, and user acquisition for Windows, macOS, and Linux applications.
• Website User Acquisition: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization for websites and web applications.

All services are delivered with integrity, focusing on acquiring real, engaged users through ethical marketing practices.

3. Service Packages and Pricing

AppUserGrow offers three main service packages:

• Starter Package: $2,500/month - Ideal for new apps and small businesses
• Professional Package: $5,000/month - For growing businesses seeking expansion
• Enterprise Package: Custom pricing - Tailored solutions for large-scale operations

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Current clients will be notified of any price changes affecting their active contracts.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

Billing Cycle: Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the first day of each service month.

Late Payments: Accounts with payments overdue by more than 15 days may have services suspended until payment is received.

Currency: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

5. Service Delivery and Performance

Timeline: Services typically begin within 5-7 business days after contract signing and initial payment.

Performance Metrics: We provide monthly reports detailing campaign performance, user acquisition metrics, and ROI analysis.

No Guaranteed Results: While we strive for excellence, digital marketing results can vary based on market conditions, competition, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific user numbers or conversion rates.

Ethical Practices: AppUserGrow commits to acquiring only real, genuine users. We do not use bots, fake accounts, or any deceptive practices.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their product/service
• Grant necessary access to app stores, analytics platforms, and advertising accounts
• Respond to requests for information or approvals within 3 business days
• Ensure their product/service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain a functional, quality product that provides value to acquired users

7. Contract Duration and Renewal

Minimum Term: Most service packages require a minimum 3-month commitment.

Auto-Renewal: Contracts automatically renew on a month-to-month basis after the initial term unless cancelled.

Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide 30 days' written notice to cancel services. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

Client Content: Clients retain all rights to their trademarks, logos, and content provided to AppUserGrow.

Campaign Materials: Marketing materials, ad copy, and creative assets developed by AppUserGrow remain our property but clients receive a perpetual license to use them.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties.

9. Geographic Restrictions and Export Compliance

Service Availability: AppUserGrow services are available globally, with primary focus on:

• North America (United States, Canada)
• Europe (EU countries, United Kingdom)
• Asia-Pacific (Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Japan, South Korea)
• Other regions by request

Restricted Services: We do not provide services for:

• Products or services that violate local laws or regulations
• Countries or entities subject to international sanctions
• Illegal gambling, adult content, or prohibited substances
• Deceptive or fraudulent products/services

Export Compliance: Clients must comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of Liability

AppUserGrow's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally.

Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

12. Changes to Terms

AppUserGrow reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
